Thank you for shopping on our website, retromarket.gg. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.
1. RETURNS & REFUNDS (GENERAL)
We accept returns for products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must contact us to initiate the return process.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@retromarket.gg. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return Location: Returns must be sent to our facility in Sydney, Australia. We do not require you to ship items back to our manufacturing partners internationally.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on all electronic devices for manufacturer defects.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Gift cards.
- Digital goods or downloadable software.
5. EUROPEAN UNION & UK 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@retromarket.gg.
