Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If there is a high volume of orders or an unexpected supply delay, processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

3. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
To ensure you get the best price and widest selection, our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners and distribution centres in China.
You may receive:
- Multiple packages at different times, and
- Separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
Tracking information for each shipment will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active after dispatch.

5. SHIPPING FEES
We offer free shipping on all products worldwide. There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you see is the total cost of your order.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check your mailbox, reception area, or with household members/neighbours.
- Confirm the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Contact the shipping carrier for more information.
If your parcel is still missing after these steps, please contact us at support@retromarket.gg within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Please note that RETRO MARKET GG is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or missing an item:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

9. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs charges, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for returned parcels will be processed minus any shipping costs once the returned item is received.
